We bake our breads fresh every day, using organic flours.

Country White Sourdough is our signature bread.  It is fermented at least 24 hours at a cool temperature to develop flavor and digestability.  This bread has a very moist crumb with large and small holes throughout and a hearty crust.  (Ingredients: organic white flour, organic whole wheat flour, sourdough starter, water, salt... that's IT.)   It's just that versatile and delicious.  We know you'll want to serve it every night with dinner, (and for breakfast tomorrow morning too.)  AVAILABLE DAILY

Classic Whole Wheat Sourdough   This bread is quite healthful, yet incredibly delicious.  Crumb is a bit tighter than Country White Sourdough, and the crust a bit thinner and more crisp. (Ingredients: organic whole wheat flour, organic all-purpose flour, sourdough starter, yeast, salt).
