We bake our breads fresh every day, using organic flours.
Country White Sourdough is our signature bread.  It is fermented at least 24 hours at a cool temperature to develop flavor and digestability.  This bread has a very moist crumb with large and small holes throughout and a hearty crust.  (Ingredients: organic white flour, organic whole rye flour, sourdough starter, water, salt… that’s IT.)   It’s just that versatile and delicious.  We know you’ll want to serve it every night with dinner, (and for breakfast tomorrow morning too.)  AVAILABLE  TUES, WED, THURS, FRI, SAT, SUN
Seedy German Sourdough is a cross between our classic German Sourdough and French “Pain Aux Cereales”  The best of both worlds!   (Ingredients: organic whole wheat flour, organic whole rye flour, organic all-purpose flour, sourdough starter, yeast, salt, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, oats)

Classic German Sourdough  The BEST bread for morning toast or grilled cheese (IMHO).  This bread is quite healthful, yet incredibly delicious.  Crumb is a bit tighter than Country White Sourdough, and the crust a bit thinner and more crisp. (Ingredients: organic whole wheat flour, organic whole rye flour, organic all-purpose flour, sourdough starter, yeast, salt).

Semolina Sourdough An Italian variety of sourdough, this bread has a tight crumb and a crisp crust.  Great to serve with cioppino fish stew, giambotta vegetable stew, or sliced up for sandwiches.  1/2-sized loaves available on weekends. (Ingredients: organic white flour, organic semolina flour, sourdough starter, water, salt, yeast, fennel seeds, rosemary)
