Laminated with layers of European-style butter and dough, these are flaky, crisp, fluffy, and wonderful.  We bake the classic and chocolate varieties daily, but have specials occasionally too.  (Ingredients: organic white flour, butter, sugar, malt, yeast, water, salt).
