We are a small-batch bakery specializing in single-serving pies, (LiLLiPiES), artisan breads and sweets, and breakfast all day, and are proud to bake with organic flour and locally-sourced ingredients.

Lillipies Cookbook

Recipes, tips, and tricks for baking LiLLiPiES' favorites. Over 100 recipes include our famous English muffins chocolate baked donuts, Frozen "hot" chocolate, and of course Apple-Blueberry LiLLiPiES!

Pie For My Birthday

After much contemplation, a young boy decides that pie is a better choice for him on his birthday than cupcakes. But how will he and his family make pie for his whole class? Includes 5 less-than-traditional birthday treat recipes.

Baking Classes with Jen

Learn to bake your favorite LiLLiPiES recipes in our commercial kitchen with chef/owner, Jen Carson. Classes are in small groups of 4-6 students. Dates and classes TBA.

Storytime with Jeff
